Firstly poker, i had a bad day a few days ago where i lost $700 tilting away the last $400 something i thought i could avoid. Played a load of sunday tournaments yesterday and lost about $140, played well and had a few where i could have went deep so will play then more regular.
Went to Leominster car auction last week and bought myself a car, its a ford focus estate 1.8 petrol 2000 92k miles for £700. It has a bit of bodywork damage but thats what i wanted to keep the price down and to have something with a bit more kick than my fabia. Its at the garage atm as there are a few mechanical problems (to be expected) it sounds like a wheel bearing needs replacing at the least, hopefully it wont cost me too much to get roadworthy.

A Ford Focus should generally be a good choice. They are normally super reliable cars. £ 700 is a bargain anyway.
Like Truthans says, the Focus is agreat car, especially if it is the Zetec engine.
Did you ever find out what actually happened to the Skoda or didn't rhe insurance company give a monkies?
No way to tell what actually caused the fire but it was most likely an electrical fault.
As for the focus there is bad news the gearbox is on its way out so a major fault i can either replace it with a exchange one £400 or stick it back in an auction and cut my loses.
Unbelievable. You are running so bad car wise its unreal. Ever thought about a motorbike or may be some new running shoes?
